Great for raw "spagetti" sauces or with your favorite cooked sauce. Gluten free, made of protein filled kelp. Light, no taste and a little chewy. Prepare by letting it sit in a bowl of water with juice of one lemon for about 15-20 minutes. Massage kelp with hands to loosen it up. This makes it softer. Longer you leave in water & more you massage, the softer it will become.
